WARRANTY
Every new unit
sold by P & S Trucks And Parts is warranted by its
respected vendor/manufacturer in case of failure.
All units rebuilt by P & S Trucks And Parts are
warranted for one year for on-highway units, 6
months for off-highway units and 90 days for
hydraulic components from the date of purchase. Used
units sold by P & S are warranted in case of failure
for 90 days from the date of purchase unless
otherwise noted on the sales receipt or invoice.
This warranty covers defective material and
workmanship; however, we cannot warranty a unit if
it is abused due to overloading, shocking, improper
lubricant, or lack of lubricant. All parts or units
must be returned to our shop, freight prepaid,
accompanied by a copy of our invoice for our
inspection and determination. Do not attempt to
repair, replace, take apart or authorize anyone else
to repair the item you purchased or ALL WARRANTIES
WILL BE VOID unless you have prior written
permission.
We do not authorize and will not pay for any outside
repair. Our obligation under this warranty shall be
limited to, as we may elect, either replacement of
any defective parts free of charge or payment equal
to the cost of repair based on our estimate and
judgment. We shall not be liable for any labor
charges, towing charges, loss of time charges, or
any other charges. THIS IS OUR ONLY WARRANTY.
There is no warranty on electrical parts.
RETURNS
We cannot accept merchandise returned without an
original invoice. Merchandise is not returnable
after 30 days; there will be a 20% restocking charge
on all merchandise returned due to customer error.
Special ordered parts are not returnable.
All manufacturers’ names, numbers, symbols and
descriptions are used for reference purposes only,
and it is not implied that any part listed is the
product of the manufacturers.
Refunds are only possible on items when the
following criteria are met:
• the item is authorized for return by P & S TRUCKS
AND PARTS, INC
• the item is returned/shipped (pre-paid) to:
P & S Trucks And Parts, Inc. 571 Chase Road
Lunenburg, MA 01462
•the returned item is accompanied by customer’s
original receipt
• the item is brought back within 30 days from the
date of purchase
• special ordered parts are not returnable
• for used parts: if found to be defective, we will
replace the part with another part
• no refunds on used body parts
Cash refunds will only be given for purchases made
with cash. Refunds made for purchases with a credit
card will be made via the credit card. When
purchases are made by check, a company check will be
mailed to the customer for an authorized return
after 14 days.
THERE WILL BE A $ 35.00 PROCESSING FEE FOR ALL
RETURNED CHECKS.
All trucks sold by P & S Trucks And Parts are
commercial vehicles and sold as is, as seen with no
